Re-booking or cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to pick up date, without losing your deposit. For cancellation (within 48 Hours of pick up) you will incur the loss of deposit.
For Bus bookings: Re-booking or cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to pick up date, without losing your deposit.
For cancellation within 6 days of the pickup date, you will incur the loss of deposit.
Also 50% of total cost is required in case of last minute cancellation, (within 4 hours prior pick up time), for a bus booking (within 24 hours prior pickup time).
